Create or update a contact custom columns. Exclude hash and id to create, include hash to update.

A system generated numerical id for the item. Cannot be altered.

A system generated unique id in the form of a hash to obscure numerical id.

The id of the associated account.

The name of the field.

If this is a system generated column, the system name used for identification. (i.e. dob, anniversary).

The data type (i.e. text, integer, date).

The default value of the data field.

The name of column used in a message variable. If the variable name is "xyz", the message variable will be {CUSTOM_xyz}.

Flag indicating whether the column was generated by the system or not.

Flag indicating whether the column was deleted or not.

The date the column was created.

The date the column was last modified.
