A system generated numerical id for the item. Cannot be altered.

A system generated unique id in the form of a hash to obscure numerical id.

The id of the associated connect card.

The id of the associated contact.

Flag indicating whether the submission was completed by the visitor or not.

The date the connect card was submitted.

Flag indicating this is the most current submission for a given contact.
